"How to Program Your Mind For Wealth" By Andreas Ohrt

Would you like to learn an absolutely free method for
reaching your next goal in only five minutes a day?

You don't need to buy anything, you don't need to own
anything, you don't need to go anywhere and you don't need
to have any previous experience to make this method work
for you.

You already have everything you need. Just one brain,
that's all you need. Let me show you one way to program
your mind so that your goals come to you effortlessly.

Here is a simple technique which always works for me.

STEP ONE: THE MAGIC OF THINKING SMALL

First, pick a goal that is *just* beyond your comfort level.
Many motivational teachers will urge you to shoot for
the stars, think incredibly big, and go for goals which are
ten times as large as anything you've ever accomplished.
This may work well for people who are already confident
in their power to manifest, but for the beginner, or for the
person who has not had much success using mind power,
the idea of thinking outrageously big is a disaster.

For example, if you haven't had a date in three years you
don't want to visualize yourself scoring with bunnies at
the Playboy mansion. In theory all goals are definitely
achievable, but in your reality you probably don't really
believe it's possible, so it won't happen. Instead, pick a
goal which is reasonable and can be accomplished within a
few months. In this example, you might want to have just
one date in the next three months. Not nearly as thrilling
of a goal, but a fantastic step towards a better life.

Or you probably want more money in your life. Instead of
visualizing yourself suddenly earning $250,000 a year,
start with a goal of increasing your wage or your sales by
10 per cent. Again, not exactly thrilling, but the point is
you start small and build upon your success, instead of
going for the home run and missing every time.

You see, after you reach that first goal you will have some
confidence, and you can use that confidence to step up to
the next goal, slowly but surely building a better life in
the process.

STEP TWO: CREATE A DECLARATION OF INTENT

Once a day, every morning, write down the goal you've
picked. Whatever it is you want to experience, just
write it down once. A good format to use is a short
sentence which begins with "I am now attracting...", "
I am now creating...", "I will now..." or "I now intend...

For example: "I AM NOW ATTRACTING A LOVING
RELATIONSHIP INTO MY LIFE." "I WILL NOW
SELL 10 PER CENT MORE PRODUCTS EACH
MONTH." "I AM NOW CREATING HIGHER
SELF-ESTEEM AND CONFIDENCE." "I NOW INTEND
TO EAT THOUGHTFULLY AND BEGIN LOSING WEIGHT."

Of course, create your own wording for your own goal. The
vitally important thing is that when you say it your
emotional state agrees with the statement. For example, the
reason an affirmation such as "I am now exercising every
day" doesn't work is because if you are not exercising
every day you immediately feel it when you say it. If you
say "I am now with my ideal partner" you will immediately
feel the lie even before you finish saying it.

However, a statement which begins "I am now attracting..."
or "I now intend..." is true (at least while you are saying
it) and holds no contradiction in your emotions. Of course,
this is different for everyone, so find a wording that
works for you.

STEP THREE: CELEBRATE YOUR SUCCESS

After writing down your goal, mentally place yourself
in the future, to a day where your goal has been
accomplished, and *feel* the happiness and excitement
you would be feeling, knowing that you have
accomplished your goal.

Just pretend it is, for example, three months from today,
and on that day you have reached your goal. Let's say that
this future day is the day you start the new job you have
been working towards, or on that day you weigh yourself and
you are 10 pounds lighter, or on that day you leave for the
vacation you've been dreaming about.

Whatever it is, just move forward in your mind to that day,
and *PRETEND* that your goal has been reached, and *FEEL*
the emotions which you would feel if you had actually
reached your goal.

Feel the happiness, feel the success, feel the proud
accomplishment of knowing that you can use your own inner
power to change your life. Imagine what next goal you'll
now go for since you've reached this first one. Plan a
celebration for yourself, and imagine how great you will
feel when you celebrate your accomplishment.

Just generate that postive emotion for a minute or two, and
just bask in it for a few moments.

STEP FOUR: ASK FOR HELP FROM YOUR FUTURE SELF

Now, while you are enjoying that feeling, looking back
to today from that future moment, ask yourself what single
action you can take, today, to bring your goal to you faster.

The future you which has accomplished your goal knows
what steps need to be taken. From this vantage point, you can
ask yourself what is the next most practical action you can
take.

When you get the answer, write it down, and take that
action at some point during the day. Taking action, no
matter how small, is the fastest and surest way of
convincing your subconscious mind that you are serious, and
will do wonders for the quick manifestation of your goals.

STEP FIVE: CHOOSE THE SAME THING EVERY DAY

Do this daily, until you are done. Work on only one goal at
a time, and don't change goals unless you decide you no longer
want the one you started working on. If you no longer want
the goal, choose a new one and start again. But if you do want
your original, don't stop until you have it.

WARNING: LACK OF PERSISTENCE IS THE NUMBER
ONE REASON WHY PEOPLE DO NOT REACH THEIR GOALS.

If you give up before you reach your goal, you obviously
don't want it very much, do you? Pick a goal that you
cannot live without, and start again...

This technique only takes about 5 or 10 minutes with your
morning coffee and works flawlessly. *If* you do it.

habits they've developed. Habits that
lead to the right actions. Actions that

bi11ionaire, and I'll show you someone
who has spent the time to develop the
right kind of habits in their life.

The saying "creature of habit" describes
every person in this world.

Habits are everything from the habit of
smoking, to the way they get dressed in
the morning, to the way they spend their
time each day.

Meaghan was joking about how she feels
like the only habit she has is how she
showers. (I know better than that! :-))
But she was talking about a daily
regimine she needed to create to be more
successful.

And when it comes to living a life of
su'ccess and ever-increasing wea1th,
it's ALL about the habits of how you
invest your time each day.

People who have built and established
wea1th and su'ccess for themselves have
different habits than people who are
poor and struggling.

It's really as simple as that.

The whole game is about developing the
right habits. Because once something
becomes a habit, it's something you
do almost automatically.

Meaning it's something you do without
even really thinking about it.

All 3 of the mi11ionaires I met last
weekend consciously spend time working
on figuring out which habits they need
to develop and then take the time to
work on integrating those habits into
their ongoing lives.

You should see Billy's copy of 'The
Greatest Secret In the World'. It's SO
ragged and thrashed. Because he carries
it with him everywhere he goes.

It's been stuffed into his leather brief
case, his suit case, his glove box. His
desk drawers. And probably a million
other places as well over the years.

Actually I wouldn't be surprised if
the copy I saw was his tenth copy or
something. Because he worships that book
like a Bible. (And his bank account proves
how smart of a move this has been for him!)

Anyway, here's some tidbits from this
book to show you what I'm talking about:

"In truth, the only difference between those
who have failed and those who have succeeded
lies in the difference of their habits. Good
habits are the key to all su'ccess. Bad habits
are the unlocked door to failure...

"Therefore, if I must be a slave to habit
let me be a slave to good habits."

"I will form good habits and become their slave."

Now, imagine if you developed the habits
that made you do the kinds of things that
bring wea1th and su.ccess...

As you live your life each day you just
automatically do certain things.

And as a result of doing those things you
achieve more than you ever have before.

So, you continue doing those things each and
every day.

Living the habits and achieving more and more.

Once these habits are ingrained into you
and become a normal part of your everyday
life they become easier and easier for you
to do.

As a result of doing them day in and day out
(just like all kinds of things you are already
doing day in and day out now), you find yourself
becoming more and more successful.

You find your bank account growing and growing.

You find yourself becoming more and more
happy and free.

And all of this is happening by simply doing
what has become natural and automatic for you
to do!

It's SO easy for you to do these things that
it just feels like 2nd nature to do them.

To the point where life just keeps getting
better and better and better. And it doesn't
even feel like you're having to hardly 'try'
at all for these things to keep happening to
you and for you.

And, like I said, since these things have
become SO habitual they are also incredibly
EASY to do and keep doing. And by the very
nature of continuing to do them you
continue to achieve and amass more and more.

And you get to keep on taking your life to
new and higher and more amazing levels...

Heck why would you ever stop doing them?

You know what I mean?

And THAT is why the Donald Trump's, Tony
Robbin's of the world still work and do
what they do! Even though they have
mi11ions and bi11ions and could stop at
anytime.

To quote a simple saying:

"If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"

Ya know what I mean?

You see, here's the realization that hit
me this morning...

Most Su'ccess Junkies spend their time
trying find a way to automatically make
m0ney.

Rather than spending the time to make
themselves automatically DO the things
that bring su.ccess and wea1th.

In other words, all 3 of these mi11ionaires
(and every mi11ionaire I've ever met), have
spent the time (and continue to spend time)
working on THEMSELVES.

Working on developing the right habits.

Working on cementing the right habits into
their psychology and nervous system.

And to the degree that they cement the right
habits into their life, they find themselves
automatically DOING the kinds of things that
cause them to become even MORE successful
than they were before.

This is a constant growing process that
leads them to bigger and better and higher
levels of freedom and lifestyle than ever
before!

So, let me tell you a killer habit these
mi11ionaires do EVERY day that YOU should
start living EVERY day yourself!

Here's what all 3 of them do EVERY day
no matter what (I'm talking about every
working day here. We all need days off.

They use a notepad or journal and every day
they start off the day by WRITING OUT their

down your goals and then reviewing them each

I'm talking about using your PHYSICAL body here.

fingers and WRITING those top 3 goals out

"If you simply READ a goal each day, you are

4 Brilliant Tips to Speed Read Faster than Ever

I read a lot of books. How about you?

I don't know about you, but I would love to be
able to absorb information faster when I'm
reading anything!

For many individuals who are pressed for time
(Including me), speed reading has become a
necessity. However, it's not just the reading
part that is important. Equally essential
is for the reader to fully understand the words
coming out from the book.

Here are four great tips to read and
comprehend faster:

1) Relax.

If you're in the stressed mode, it would be much
more difficult to concentrate; hence, it would just
be a lot harder for the information to sink in.

2) Know what you want.

Focus on the areas that you really need to learn.
Some people read all parts of a book, when all they
need to know is a specific chapter.

Know your priority. If you need to find out about a
certain subject, go to the Table of Contents and search
for the heading that best suits your need. If you need
to learn more, then adjust accordingly. The important
thing is to weed out the stuffs that you don't
currently need.

3) Get rid of the structure words.

Did you know that around 60% of the words we
read are structure words?

Examples are the words "the, or, and."

They are essential in the structure of the sentences;
but when you ignore them, they basically mean the
same thing. They only serve to beautify, yet you can
understand what you are reading even without them.
Try not to focus too much attention on structure words.

4) Practice, practice, practice!

When I started exercising with weights, I can only lift
the lighter ones. As the time goes by, I slowly add
more and more weights as my body tends to adjust and
become more comfortable carrying heavier ones.

The same concept goes for speed reading. Set a goal.
Figure out how fast you can read, then create a plan
to increase your ability.

If you can read 200 words per minute, set a goal to
read 250 words a minute. After accomplishing this feat,
set a goal to read 300 words per minute.

This takes time and practice, but the effort is all
worth it. If this is your first time to set such a
goal, read first those materials you are familiar with.

Carry on with more difficult ones as you progress. This
way, you're not overwhelming yourself with understanding
different new words and at the same time developing your
speed reading skills.

Have fun reading. Make sure it's one of your priorities
to read and educate your mind with more information.
