It's Sunday

Read this email and stop working.

This email is NOT proof read and you'll
know why by the end of reading it.

Go out and smell the roses.

If you have kids, play with them.

If your Dad or Mum is around, go talk
with them.

If you have a wife or husband, go kiss
and hug her/him because you want to do that.

Just pampered yourself and watch TV.

Like playing some sports? Go play.

Do whatever you want right now that you
like. Be PRESENT and enjoy your life
right now.

I'm writing this because I was working
a few minutes ago. I saw my parents
sitting there watching TV.

Man, the sky was so beautiful.

I can just imagine dipping myself in my
swimming pool on this sunny day.

My friends are probably out playing sports.

But I'm working today -- Sunday.

For what?

For my future. I know I'm not working for
my past or present moment. I'm working for my
future by exchanging my present pleasure
time. But even if I don't work anymore,
honestly, I'll have enough money to spend for
years because I'm financial free today.

So ... I'm going to stop working just for
today and enjoy myself.

So do YOU. That's why I'm writing this email.

Be present today. Relax. Chill out.

I'm not asking you to be lazy. Be hardworking but
all I'm asking YOU to do are to have fun and
enjoy your life.

Just for today. Go back to work tomorrow.

But for today, be with people that you love.

Do the things that you like to do.

If you're on diet, scrap that. Go and taste
the ice cream you want. Hhhm.

How's that feel?

I'm just writing this email because I felt
like telling you what I want to tell you .... so,
it's not proof read because this is not suppose
to be 'professionally' written. I'm not here
to impress anyone with my grammar but to share
with you that you have a wonderful life.

And err ... if you're reading this email on
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc, you still
have the time to have fun when you finish your
work today. Don't miss that. Your love ones are
waiting for you at home (Or somewhere else) ...

Ok. I'm done. Going to the cinema soon to watch
Jim Carey's latest movie. He'll make me laugh. :-)

You "Chan" Do It.

-Patric Chan

P.S: I'm in the middle of completing very valuable tips
on why some people can be successful entrepreneurs
and some can't. I'll try to finish it soon for you
to read but for today, I'm "off".

penut butter and jelly sandwich

You know how to make a peanut butter
and jelly sandwich, right?

It's easy to you, you probably never
even have to think about doing it.
Making one is "part of who you are".

You maybe even dream about everything
you want to do being as easy to do as
making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Wouldn't that be the easy life!

What about somebody who has never
heard about a PB&J sandwich. If you
asked them to make one they would stare
at you with that lost look in their eyes.

But if you showed them how... you take
2 slices of bread, spread peanut butter on
a slice of bread, spread jelly on the other
slice of bread and them put them together
and you have a PB&J sandwich. Mmmmm good!

They got it now! And very quickly the
ability to make another PB&J will be a
part of "who they are."

The 11 BANABU Principles is as easy
as PB&J when you it's part of YOU.

And, just like making a PB&J sandwich, with
this course you can quickly learn how to use
these 11 Principles so you too can start
living the life you want and dream of having.

Read the story of Mike Kemski and
how to apply his 11 BANABU Principles

Excuse Again?

When we fail to do something we are expected to do,
we almost always have an excuse for it. That's just
how our habit acts. But we have a choice to change that
for good.

If we analyze it closely -- an excuse is a self-destructive
alibi for having failed to do something, especially
when it involves attaining a goal. Instead of trying to
persevere in finding ways to continue achieving a goal,
some of us resort to excuses.

Why?

To avoid pain. Excuses. The best medicine.

But you should not use excuses for not becoming
successful! That's self-destructive.

Whenever we look at a "handicap", we almost always
look on the negative side only. It's about time we
take a look at the positive side of it. The positive
side may be the difficult side, but it's the one worth
looking into. It's the side that is going to lead us
to excel in life.

Hadicap can appeared in many forms -- Physical
handicap, mentally handicap, emotional handicap,
financial handicap, etc.

It your handicap is financial, then the more reason
you have to rise above your present status. And if
your financial status limits your educational
attainment to improve your life, do you really think
that you cannot get the education you want? Make use
of libraries. Come up with creative ideas to improve
your life and you will find it.

If you are emotionally disturbed with negative
thoughts, it is like you are sitting on a chair with
wobbling legs. Try sitting on a chair with sturdy
legs; meaning, look at the bright, positive side of
life. Put aside negativity and start thinking
positively. The only one who can stop you is yourself.

If you always have a lot of excuses, you should strive
more to overcome them because you'll be able to
double the achievement. Where the odds are greater,
the prize gets much bigger. After all the efforts you
have exerted, the prize of success shall be a
well-deserved one.

Make sure you have full control of your life. You
should have no problem managing the
things you can control. Don’t let 'excuses' to
control your decisions.

Accept things you cannot control the way they are,
if you cannot do without them. If you can do without them,
leave them and divert your attention to something else
that will make your life more meaningful. Never pick
on something you cannot control and turn it into
'excuses' that will block your success.

So what's your excuse for not being successful?

Answer from today onwards: NONE.

Patric Chan
